My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were perfect, with a spacious balcony and all the comforts I needed. The only downside was the noise from the nearby Hard Rock Cafe live band, but it was manageable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Patong Beach and close to all the action. Dining options were basic but satisfying, and the facilities were great for relaxing during the day.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, very near Patong Beach and all the exciting attractions, but there were some issues with the rooms. The service was excellent, exceeding my expectations for a budget hotel. The dining options were mediocre, lacking variety and warmth. The facilities were decent overall.

The room I initially stayed in faced the road and was a bit noisy, but being on the 6th floor helped buffer the sound. Unfortunately, there was a loud party at 5:00 am next door, and the stale smell forced a room change to an upper floor, which improved the experience.
